Tiel Rex

So today I had a thought...I was thinking about feathered dinosaurs. And I thought  "what if there was a T-Rex that looked like a cockatiel?" And then I thought "why not." I tried drawing it but it looked horrifying (possibly the point??) so I decided to Photoshop it instead.
